This letter confirms on April 17, 2017 Historic Preservation staff approved
with cond*lt"lons #7 A17-52 for the property addressed 605-625 East Wall Street,
legally known as Block 1, Lots 1, 2, 3) 4, 5, 6, 7, City of Grapevine, Texas. Th;t
following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness. -
1. Construct development fence at the rear of each lot of block 1 , lots 1 — 7;
Fence to be 8' tall cedar side-by-side Western Red Cedar with cedar rails
and trim, pre -stained, brown in color with metal posts, boxed in with wood;
as per the attached drawings with the condition a permit(s) is obtained from the
Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropdateness'll's not an approved Bu"Ilding Perm'It
and a permait (Ii)/ is not requoired. Contact the C*Ity of Grapev'Ine's Build*ing
fix
Department at 817-410-3165 for information regaraing permits.
