to one ratio.
Impervious area coverage information is required, Impervious coverage shall not exceed more than 60 % of lot
area.

Dear Mr. Morgan:
We have reviewed the design drawings for the proposed pool at the referenced project.
We are of the opinion the minimum 5'-0" dimension from the existing house foundation to the
inside of the pool structure beam along the north side of the house is adequate. The maximum
5'-1" depth along the inside of the pool perimeter wall adjacent to the house foundation does not
intersect the house foundation bearing envelope and therefore will not adversely affect the
existing house foundation.
Additionally, we are of the opinion the minimum 3'-4" dimension from the existing house patio
foundation to the inside of the sun bench along the north side of the house is adequate. The
maximum 7" depth along the inside of the sun bench perimeter wall adjacent to the house patio
foundation does not intersect the house foundation bearing envelope and therefore will not
adversely affect the existing house foundation.

Single Family Swimming Pool / Spa Standard Plan Comments.
*No underground electric to be within 5' of pool, no overhead electric to be within 10' of
pool.
*Provide a G.F.C.I. outlet within 10' to 20' of pool.
*Pool fill source may not tie into irrigation system nor any other non potable source. Pool
fill source to have backflow protection device to protect water supply system.
*Hose bib's within 25' of pool are required to have vacume breaker backflow protection.
*P -trap installation and inspection is required prior to belly steel inspection or at same
time of belly steel inspection.
*Provide for drainage / erosion control final prior to pool final.
