We are of the opinion the minimum 5'-0" dimension from the existing house foundation to the inside of the pool structure beam along the north side of the house is adequate. The maximum 5'-1" depth along the inside of the pool perimeter wall adjacent to the house foundation does not intersect the house foundation bearing envelope and therefore will not adversely affect the existing house foundation. Additionally, we are of the opinion the minimum 3'-4" dimension from the existing house patio foundation to the inside of the sun bench along the north side of the house is adequate. The maximum 7" depth along the inside of the sun bench perimeter wall adjacent to the house patio foundation does not intersect the house foundation bearing envelope and therefore will not adversely affect the existing house foundation.
