Time Warner Cable (TWC) of Dallas hereby grants the encroachment of the back yard of 1725
Silverside Drive for the purpose of removal and replacement of storage shed within the city of
Grapevine, Texas. TWCreserves the right tohave access toany applicable utility easements on
the property for the purpose of future construction or mmintenence. The owner and/or lessee
of said property may also be responsible for the relocation/removal of any structure interfering
with access tothese easements, ifnecessary.
