This letter confirms on May 12, 2017 Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CA17-60 for the property addressed 851 East Texas Street, legally
described as Block 2, Lot 9, D.E. Box Addition, City of Grapevine, Texas. The
following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
Remove existing exterior door to kitchen on west side of house and brick -in
the opening with brick and mortar to match existing brick;
2.) Remove non -original enclosing wall and restore original patio;
as per the attached drawings with the condition a permit is obtained from the
Building Department.
