This letter confirms on April 10, 2017 Historic Preservation staff approved
with conditions -#CA17-48 for the property addressed 322 East College, legally
described as Block: 22, Lots: 2 & 4A, Original Town of Grapevine, Grapevine, Texas.
The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1.) Install wrought -iron fence at each side of front of house on lot 2 and along
Hudgins Street on lot 4A;
2.) Install wrought -iron fence with driveway gate on each side of house at
driveways;
3.) Install wrought -iron sidewalk gate on west side of house;
4.) Install wrought -iron driveway gate in fence on Hudgins Street on lot 4A;
5.) Replace existing wood fence along the side property lines with 8' high wood
fence, and step down fence at line of front of house to 6' height;
as per the attached drawings and diagram with the condition a permit is obtained
from the Building Department.
