Re: Swimming Pool Permit # P14-4301
Mr. Wright:
On November 24 2014, a permit was issued for the demolition / filling in of an in -
ground swimming pool at the above reference address. To date the work has not
received a final inspection. Please be advised that the ordinance adopted by the
City of Grapevine requires all work requiring a permit to be inspected.
I have e-mailed you on three occasions and have not heard from you regarding
this required final. I am not sure if I have your correct e-mail any longer.
A final inspection to verify work has been completed, as well as a lot drainage
final will need to be conducted.
Should you refuse to allow inspection as required by city ordinance, this refusal
will be documented and placed in the permanent records for your property.
