Comments:
Provide site plan to comply with:
1)Detached garage shall be minimum 6' from rear property line,6' from side property line and 10' from any
structure.
2)The combined area occupied by all building structures, off street parking and paved area shall not exceed
sixty percent of the total lot area.
3)The minimum of fifty percent of the lot within the required front yard setback shall be a landscape area.
Provide approved truss manufacture company's report for beam in covered patio roof and for the garage door.

Bathroom need to be a heated area, all plumbing need to be insulated.
