Excavate failed pavement to a depth of 12". Install 4" of crushed concrete and compact to .a min of 95% density. Under cut edges 3" under existing concrete slab. Drill ,dowel and epoxy grout edges of repair with #4 deformed dowels. Place 8" concrete with a broom finish. Reinforce with #4 rebar at 24" on center. Concrete shall be 4,000 PSI with air entrainment for durability and resistance to surface scaling. Cure concrete with a liquid membrane curing compound to insuire strength development. Saw cut control joints as necessary. $30,470.00 Item #2: CRACK ROUTING & SEALING FOR CONCRETE PAVEMENT (CRAFCO 34222): 5,000 :LF With mechanical routing tools create a groove about 3/8 inches wide and 3/4 inches deep along the crack to create a reservoir for the crack sealant. Immediately prior to sealing, remove loose foreign material by blowing out the crack with compressed air until completely free of dust and water.
