Drill dowel and epoxy grout edges of repair with #4 deformed dowels, Place 8" concrete with a broom finish. Reinforce with a #4 rebar at 24" on center. Concrete shall be 3500 PSI air entratnment for durability and resistance to surface scaling. Cure concrete with a liquid membrane curing compound to Insure strength development Saw cut control joints as necessary. 2. This proposal is valid for thirty (30) days. After thirty (30) days, pricing is subject to changes due to variances in the cost of materials. Asset Pavement will agree to mutually acceptable construction schedule and will not accept responsibility for liquidated damages due to changes in schedule by other trades or weather delays. 2. Prices have been line itemized for clarity. However, the grand total or combined pricing reflects the entire scope to take advantage of economies of scale. Reduction in scope may impact pricing. 3. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the Asset Pavement invoice date. if Asset Pavement is not paid within thirty (30) days, a late fee will be assessed in the amount of 10% of the unpaid invoice amount. 4. Final payment, if retainage is held, shall be received by Asset Pavement no later than thirty (30) days from the date of final or retainage invoice. If not paid within thirty (30) day period, a late fee will be assessed in the amount of 10% of the final or retainage invoice amount; no discount will apply. 5.
