In Attendance: Devika Seth (Southlake), Kara Carreras (Southlake), Kevin Sellers (Grapevine), Councilmember
Greg Will (Keller), Jennifer Larson (Keller), Ashley Ram Gosnell (Keller), and Sayeda Sayed (Colleyville).
Absent: Councilmember/Vice Chair Chuck Taggart (Southlake), Councilmember Sean Shope (Grapevine), Chair
Marjorie Lewis (Grapevine), Councilmember Tim Raine (Colleyville), and Susan Baum (Colleyville).
REGULAR SESSION:
1. CaII to order at 5:48 by Guest Chair Devika Seth.
REPORTS:
2. Administrative Comments (Staff):
Teen Court staff gave a presentation regarding referral information.
3. Budget Presentation by Kristin McGrail, Deputy Director of Finance (Administration). Annual contribution rising
from $36,000 to $40,000 per city in FY27 to offset increasing costs.
CONSENT AGENDA:
4. Approval of Minutes from March 9, 2026 Meeting.
Motion to approve made by Kevin Sellers and seconded by Jennifer Larson. Unanimous approval by board.
