CALL TO ORDER: 6:00 p.m. – City Council Chambers
CITIZEN COMMENTS
1. Any person who is not scheduled on the agenda may address the City Council
under Citizen Comments or on any other agenda item by completing a Citizen
Appearance Request form with the City Secretary, or by being acknowledged
through the videoconference app. A member of the public may address the City
Council regarding an item on the agenda either before or during the Council’s
consideration of the item, upon being recognized by the Mayor or upon the consent
of the City Council. In accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the City
Council is restricted in discussing or taking action during Citizen Comments.

2. City Council to conduct a workshop relative to the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 budget.

TAXPAYER IMPACT STATEMENT: At this meeting the City Council will discuss the
proposed FY 2027 Budget which is currently under development. For the FY 2026
Adopted Budget, the median-valued homestead property in the City of Grapevine is
estimated to have received a property tax bill of $945.54. No tax rate has been proposed
for FY 2027, so no estimates are available for the same property's property tax bill for FY
2027. The FY 2027 Proposed Budget, when available, will be accessible at the City's
website.
