The lot size is 9,776 and the impervious area is 95% of the lot. The building height is 33 feet. The combined building would contain 1,910 square feet a<:^ 5,189 square feet indoor dining; and 1,201 outdoor court yard on the first floor. The second floor would consist of 2,840 square feet retail; 2,449 square feet dg; 340 square feet office; and 140 square feet of storage. The facades of the new building were developed to be compatible with the Wallis Hot across the street.
