This letter confirms on May 24, 2017 Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CA17-67 for the property addressed 713 East Texas Street, legally
described as Block 105, Lot 11, College Heights Addition, City of Grapevine,
Grapevine, Texas. The following was approved on this Certificate of
Appropriatene
1. Install a new kit built 12'x 16' cottage storage shed(192 square feet) in the
rear yard of the house;
2. Storage shed to be painted in same color scheme to match the house;
as per the attached illustration and plan with the condition a permit is obtained
from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness ols not an approved Building Permit
and a permit is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
