Based on our review, the proposed installation of 17 pressed concrete piers, 18 concrete supports on the interior, and interior wood girder beam, meets or exceeds industry standards per 2015 International Residential Code (IRC) and the attached Pier Layout., We performed no design associated with the subject property. Our review is based solely on documentation provided for the subject home, including: - MCJA Foundation Repair Evaluation & Repair Plan, dated May 11 1 2017. This report is written for 'Informational purposes only. It is not intended to be a complete technical evaluation of the property. Other problems may become apparent as the seasons and clim i atic condns change. There is no warranty, expressed, or Implied, conceming the ,ingineerin 9 report.
