cond"It'lons #CA17-72 for the property addressed 216 West Wall Street, legally
described as Block 12, Lot 3, Starr Addition, City of Grapevine, Texas. The following
was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Final plans and specifications for house renovation and new addition;
2. Replace existing front door with Jeld-Wen "Craftsman" 6 -lite wood door;
3. Relocate existing angled freestanding sign, to be placed perpendicular to Wall
Street;
4. Relocate previously approved ADA parking space and add ramp to rear of
building as per attached ADA reviewed plan;
5. Repaint house in new paint color scheme as follows. -
Body erruse - Benjamin Moore #HC169 Coventry Gray, Trim of house
and windows - Benjamin Moore #CW5 Harwood Putty; new front door —
Duraseal "Antique Brown".
as per attached plans and illustrations, with the condition a permit is obtained
