This letter confirms on June 20, 2017 Historic Preservation staff approved
#CA17-76 for the property addressed 530 South Main Street, legally known as
Block 4, Lot 3A, Grapevine, City of, Grapevine, Texas. The following was approved
on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
wooden letters on current metal sign as is with only the letters
"LEATHER" to be removed and replaced to read "CUSTOM BOOTS";
15 inch high letters on 17 inch high metal backer;
as per the attached photographs with the condition a permit be obtained from the
Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building
Permit and a permit , "is is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's
Building Department at 817-410-3165 for information regarding permits.
