I have the Greenhouse, the structure itself reviewed and approved. I have found that there is no word on the utilities for
the Greenhouse.
Are we going to approve the structure without the utilities included and just work that out after words?
We would need to sleeve the foundation or run actual utilities conduit, water and drain lines etc. where they need to go
without knowing where they are going to approach the building from.

I have reviewed the plans for the greenhouse project for the Parks Department at the Botanical Gardens location. What
appeared to be pretty simple when we discussed the project at the front desk provides some challenges when looked at
closely on the plans provided. If you have not discussed this project with the Planning Department as yet, please contact
Susan Batte at (817) 410-3154 to see what may be required for the project. Looking into the Zoning Ordinance this
structure may require a Platt with specific site plan and landscape requirements. I will give Susan a, "Heads Up", on this
so she can have the information before hand to be familiar with.
On the Building Side of the project I will need the following information / designs;

Site Plan for the Utilities.
Sheet S3; Provide full Equipment Schedules to include the interlocking of any intake and exhaust fan systems.
I do not know what pre -planning may have gone into this project but with the greenhouse being equipped with a full
bathroom, gas heaters and the intake / exhaust systems hopefully this information is being developed for the project.

Progress with respect to the structural plans for the foundation, The following is a list of
comment based on the site visit:
• Cut the poly at the bottom of the interior grade beams.
• Prior to placing concrete, clean out any loose debris in formwork and re -chair
reinforcing as required for proper clearance.
This site visit was made in accordance with the latest recommendations as set forth by the
building codes and standard engineering practices to review the work in progress.
