Northwest hwy Dear Albert, During our pre -development meeting it was discussed that a conditional use permit would be needed for the 2nd floor deck addition to the existing building. On Monday we turned in a drawing set showing our intent for the upstairs outdoor patio/ ideas for outdoor wall cladding as well as some revisions to the existing parking and egress to the site. Would you be able to let me know what the next steps are for us in our design. I am not very familiar with the City Of Grapevine process for conditional use permits and site plan/parking lot alterations. We are not planning to regrade the site. We will only be re -striping and moving the trash dumpster behind the building instead of it being right next to the street. Would we able to proceed with our design and subsequent construction documents putting together a permit set? My hope would be that we can do the conditional use permit at the same time that the drawings are under permit review. That way we can keep working on the project. Looking forward to your reply, and thanks very much for your time Thanks Matthijs Melchiors AIA, NCARB { ' • 600 E.
