This letter confirms on June 27, 2017 Historic Preservation staff approved
#CA17-79 for the property addressed 603 South Main Street, legally known as
Block 15, Lot C, Grapevine, City of, Grapevine, Texas. The following was approved
on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
change existing "Lil' Shop on the vine" sign, to paint
"mason & dixie gather sip eat" all in lower case; a 26" Mason & Dixie
logo and black lettering underneath on a gray woodgrain background.
Size width is 27.5 inches wide by 51.75 inches high;
as per the attached drawings and diagram with the conditions:
1) Painted metal with no vinyl or applique; and
2) a permit be obtained from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building
Permit and a permitis is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's
Building Department at 817-410-3165 for information regarding permits.
