Mr. Darrell Perry representing the applicant said two to eleven foot trees in an extremely deep swale would require removal for fill. In response to Catherine Martin's question relative to the number of trees necessary to remove, Mr. Perry advised that because of the topography eight to nine feet (8-9') fill will be required to utilize the swale area for homes, necessitating complete tree removal. Then there was further discussion regarding the number and size of the trees slated for clearing, park dedication and transplanting potential. Mr. Perry said that the large trees would be difficult to transplant. The Commission's consensus was to require the applicant to provide a count of trees, indicating the size as well and for the applicant to write a proposal for tree replacement onto treeless lots as well as the median for the future four -lane, boulevard type subdivision entry, the future Hall -Johnson extension. With no further discussion, Peggy Enghlan made a motion to table Tree Removal Permit TR87-04 until a tree count and a proposal for tree NVMIVHD —,rte -77-7 510- GIRWuddv 'L86T 'UMMM aO "G HIST MU SIHI NO 'SVXZL 'aNIAadVdD JO 7.LID MU ao NOISSUMD 9NINoZ GW ON-TNRVId aln )iq MAOUddV CNV (ESSVd -pauano[p-2 Oq BUT40OU, aq4 4Pq4 PO-TeTDOP NOOD u0u[TPqD Wd OT 4P 'ATTeuTd 'L86T `OZ 1OW-400 IT-4un s94nuTw 'L861 'S IN0400 aq4 go uoTqpaapTsuoo aqq aTqe-4 0-4 s -em snsuasuoo s,uoTssTmoD aLU 'Wd L -4-e 'L86T '01 aOqLuaA0lq lbuTu@A;D -epsarQ ap-4 UOTSs@s doLlsX-Tom -2 P@Tnpz)Llz)s uoTssTuiLuoz) auk- -4xaN -SOqPDTJTqJa3 OATWOLC 0-4 S-TOUOTSSTULUDD @Tq-L-UO 0-4 STOOLIDS UOTSSTULUOD BuTuoZ pu-e f)UTUUe-[d S,-4uaz-UOA09 J0 TT;Dunc)D aLR s2m PassnDsTP -4U9TIO ATT-enXOS OSTV P;Dpaau aq pTnom doqm,[jotA P pue SOSSOUTsnq PO bu-14PTrIbOLI @Dueulpao bu-EuoZ auAad-ea!) o-4 squalipueuie pasodoad qTuiqns o-4 s -em ao-cjjo S,.OPaSTAP-e Sem UOTSSTULUOD aLIL -passnDSTP SPM OTU04Lri UeS -TO S j POTnpaiAos -Teu-para BUTuueTd -IL-u0-PPi\l TZ -[TJdV aLU ' *L861 ; OZ - L-1 jaqm-oAoN ,L-v 'uui aaj4a-[qno(i OLI-4 -4-e kepTaj T4-6nO-Tq-4 APPsOuPOM a-euTulOS uo-c4ppunoa T7eBai -4S@MLF4-noS OLr4 pUO-4-4p T -[TM U-C-4.XeW Aq4PD qPqq PaSTApe aaam -4u@saxd asoLLL -paTjTsspTo, aq pTnoqs sassOuTsnq asoLR moq pu2 sassauTsnq pa-4-eTai OA-c-4owo-4n-e ap; papaau bu-rNjpd aaq4o o4 aAT-4pT9a S -em uoTssnos-rp aaq4a-na . -S-Teo pa*m pa -,ped' Va-e @b-eao-4s pauaaaDs lsdos i aAT-4ouio-4n-e pue -TTpda-T @AT-4ouioqn-e aoj UO-1-4TUT_qap P burpp-e ;q SUOTqTUTJ@a JZT UOT'4DOS PUaUe 0-4 PU2 -[L-TD-I@UUI0:) A-emq5TH ',,DH,, '9Z UC)T-4z)as go sasn PO-4-4TULTOd UJOLIJ -4T a4aTOP 0-4 PLIP BUTUOZ T-eTD-T@ULMD &-4TurwiuoZ) ISZ UOTqo@S sp TTam sp asn TPUOTqTPUOD P sp sdopoq moTTP oq TPT3aOUUlDZ) 1 '4 I,DH,, UOT40OS 04 4uaupuauie ue xo_; asT -TaAp-e o-4 pa-4sabbns s -em -41 a3u-eUTPJ0 BUTUOZ GATSUGLIO-Tdano go SZ uo-poas '-4DTX4S-rCj BUTUOZ T-eTD-TalJMZ) L4-1nD aq4 U -r sdoils Apc)q aAT-40UIQ-4n-e m T o-4 quaupuaue pasodoad -e aapTsuoo o-4 -4x@u SSA UO-ESSTMCO GL" OT P . 100,q sn-cd k4uam4 Oq S,GTTe f:)uTTmOq -Pu-e OATJ sn-Ed auo o-4 PObU-eljD aq ;Dz)TjgO TPUOTssajoad -4-2q4 paqsabns U0TSSTUUJD3 aLU 'su'00.x OL14 3:0 %OTT' 04 GUIDLI aDUOPTSOa O-TTnbO-T o-4 s2m -uoTssTuiuoD pabutjo aq 0-4 ATxOPT@ @q4 -TOJ s ajR go snsuasuoD -puauaf) aq4 pu-e -luma aad auo oq pabueqD qq sawoq BUTS= -TOg -4UaUO-TTnbaLc bUT3(apd @q4 qpiq paqsaribaa aaouadS upLuomTTDLmoz) -pasodoid -;T-eLl OUO Pue )uo @Lq u-eqq aaq4ai woo -T aOd saDL-ds om-4 o-4 pabu-ap aq SYGqTdsoq -Tog ..-.,moiR aq4 qpiR paqsanba-i uoTssTumz) @LIL -STO-4014 12@aP 30 Apn4s -e qmpuoo jgpqs @Lr4 -4PLI-4 paqsanbaj PuP su,001 90 L[Gqmu OLI-4 J0 %OTT @JTnbaj oq spm snsuGsuOO Vejauab V *sTO-4011 aPJ pasodaid ueLI4 buT:ppd @aOUI -T0g P@aU P POSSMSTP UOTSS-rMJOD 041 -9S UOT'4Z)OS 0-1 squauipuaue pasodo-id PaSSMSTP _;_;TTD-41P'd L-Ipw -SUoTqcur ja(j 'ZT PUP BUT 4 .N -Ted qaaX4S-Jjo '9S SUOT DOS o-4 squaiipuam pasodoad s -em U0T-4PXE)PTSU03 S,U0TSSTULU0D Oq4 10g '4XGN -Talaw 73 a-[Ljoqv quasqV Ouom :SAPN L[4TUIS PTJe JOATTO 'U-E-4XeW 'UqOqBUq '5[OOD a SaAV :0-40A bu-FM0TT0J Oq4 Aq Pa-[TPA@Jd LIDTLIM UOT40UI Oq4 papuooas u-r-4a-eW Aq. pD pLm .1-4-ueo-rTddp aq4 Aq paqqTmqns ST -4uaurao-eTdaa
