One side will be fully open during business hours when the tent is occupied. It will be occupied by 2-3 staff members who will use the tent to store ice skates that witi be issued to the guests through the open side. At no time will the tent be occupied or used by the generat public. Exit Iocations, non-smoking signs and a fire extinguisher are included in the tent rental and will be displayed/hung correctly by Tent Company at time of installation. We will hang minimal lighting in the tent to provide lights for the staff as well as that exit signs will of course be illuminated.
