This letter confirms on September 5, 2017 Historic Preservation staff approved
with conditions #CA17-95 for the property addressed 129 South Main Street,
Suite 150, legally described as Block 1 Lot 1, Hazlewood Commercial Addition,
City of Grapevine, Texas. The following was approved on this Certificate of
Appropriateness:
to install, during GrapeFest, a temporary vinyl banner, two feet high by
five feet wide (2' X 5), with white letters on black background to read:
LOVE THAT DOOR
Hand Forged Wrought Iron
IRON DOORS, LIGHTING, & MORE with logo
as per the attached drawing with the condition a permit is obtained from the
Building Department.
An approved Certificatq of Appropriateness is not an approved Building
Permit and a permit (js) is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's
Building Department at 817410-3165 for information regarding permits.
