with conditions #CA17-96 for the property addressed 412 South Main Street,
legally described as Block 3 Lot 4, Grapevine, City of, Grapevine, Texas.
The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
to install three (3) Suntec Style 262 awnings over entry and each window
bay; awning fabrics must be certified fire -retardant;
as per the attached drawings with the condition a permit is obtained from the
Building Department.
An approved Certific a of Appropriateness is not an approved Building
Permit and a permitW is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's
