Grapevine Antique Market - Fire lane does not extend to within 150' of all exterior portions of the building C. Alternative to a fire lane is sprinkler protect the building. 2. Grapevine Ford @ 801 State Hwy 114 - no apparent issues 3. Eastwoods - Cul de sac needs to be a minimum of 96' across. It appears to measure 90'. 4. Westwood Development - Fire sprinklers required. 5. Shamrock Ventures - Provide fire hydrants so they are spaced 500 feet along the road for residential and commercial is 300 feet.
