1. Please add site plan number, SP12-16 to the lower right hand corner of
each sheet.
2. On the overall site plan, please label the north and south towers and add
that the property is presently zoned Hotel and Corporate Office "HCO"
District.
3. Please consolidate sheets C-2 and C-3. The Antenna/RRU diagram
may be omitted from sheet C-3. On the consolidated sheet provide
a building (enlarged penthouse) view of the location of the
equipment/platform and antenna/sleds.
4. Sheets C-5, C-6, E-1 and G-1 may be omitted from the final revised
submittal.
5. Please label the appropriate tower found on the building elevation
sheets. If the antennas are visible from multiple elevations please
provide the appropriate elevations.
6. For verification purposes please email a PDF of the final
revisions prior to reproducing the final copies.
The above comments must be reflected in the revised submittal,
which upon review, can be administratively approved. Please submit
the revised documents to the Department of Development Services at 200
South Main Street.
The revised submittal shall include:
four (4) folded blackline copies of each sheet, (minimum size 22" x 34")

This letter is to verify that your Site Plan Review application SP12-16, located at 1800 State
Highway 261 #Cell and platted as Lot 1A, D F W Hilton Addition was approved per the attached
site plan on November 2, 2012.
Please find enclosed an approved site plan set for your records. I have forwarded two approved
sets to the Building Inspection Division.
No site plan approval shall be valid for a period longer than one (1) year from the date such
approval is issued, unless a building permit is issued and construction is actually begun within
that period, and is thereafter diligently pursued to completion or an occupancy permit is obtained
and a use commenced within that period. Approval of an application does not authorize any
work in conflict with any Codes or Ordinances of the City of Grapevine
Any changes to a site plan approved with a conditional use or a special use can only be
approved by city council through the public hearing process.
