This letter confirms on September 12, 2017 Historic Preservation staff approved
#CA17-99 for the property addressed 307 East College Street, legally described as
Block 29, Lot 1 B, Grapevine, City of, Grapevine, Texas. The following was
approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Repaint exterior with white paint, again;
2. With black storm windows; and
3. Re -Pointing of brick.
An approved Certificate of A ropriateness is not an approved Building
Permit and a permit is / is no required. Contact the City of Grapevine's
Building Department at 8 -410-3165 for information regarding permits.
