MISCELLANEOUS:
Director of Community Development, Tommy Hardy, explained that although we had
been requested to begin the State Highway 360 Corridor Study immediately following
the completion of the State Highway 121 Corridor Study, he felt it was more
important to first take a look at the annexation property on the northwest side of
Grapevine. He related to the Commission the immediate need for a plan to determine
the existing land use and any current or proposed development activity in the area
that would require a building permit.
The Commission also discussed arrangements for a mobile workshop to visit a
working winery on October 16, 1993.
