The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness: 1) to construct fencing of board -beside -board, 1 x 6 cedar fencing, 8 feet high, in the rear yard, 23 feet from the northeast corner of property; and along the north side yard of property for 75 feet decreasing in height to six feet high near the front of home; and 2) a four feet high iron fence on the south side between house and garage as per the attached plans with the condition a building permit is obtained from the Building Department.
