This letter confirms on October 4, 2016 the Historic Preservation Commission approved with
conditions #CA16-101 for the property addressed 209 Austin Street, legally described as
Block: 101 Lot: 1-2 S Y2 LOT 1-2, College Heights Addition-GRPVN, Grapevine, Texas. The
following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
to construct a 16 feet x 20 feet pergola of cedar stained "Pecan" color, in the rear
northeast corner of the property beside the new construction 2 -car garage;
as per the attached drawing with the condition a permit be obtained from the
Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit and a
permitis / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building Department at
817-410-3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
