The Board approved a variance to allow a lot width of seventy-two (72') feet for a proposed lot. Section 42.D., Supplemental District Regulations requires a minimum side yard setback of thirty feet (30') for corner lots which are reverse frontage lots. The Board approved a variance to allow a side yard setback along the southern property line of Lot 1 R of sixteen (16') feet for the existing structure. Section 43.E.3., Nonconforming Uses and Structures allows the Board of Zoning Adjustment to approve the remodeling and/or enlargement of a nonconforming -use.
