This letter confirms that on February 22, 2012, Historic Preservation Commission
approved with conditions CA12 -05 for property addressed at 231 Austin Street
legally described as Block 105, Lot 2A, Grapevine, College Heights Addition,
Grapevine, Texas. The following was approved on this Certificate of
Appropriateness:
Construct new 1 '% story period -style house with attached 2 -car garage following
the design guidelines established for the property, with the conditions that all
exterior materials, stone, windows, doors and paint colors be approved under a
separate Certificate of Appropriateness.
Per approved drawings with the condition a permit is obtained from the Building
Department.
Please note this approved Certif to of Appropriateness is not an approved
Building Permit and a permit rs / is not required. Contact the City of
Grapevine's Building Departmen at 817 -410 -3165 for fees and information
regarding permits.
