This letter confirms that on July 24, 2012, the Historic Preservation Commission
approved with conditions #CA12 -34 for the property located at 235 Austin
Street, legally described as Block 105, Lot 1A, College Heights Addition, City of
Grapevine to the Grapevine. The following was approved on this Certificate of
Appropriateness:
Renovate and repair existing Tillery House built in 1983 and the 2 -car
detached garage built in the 1940s as per attached drawings following the
design guidelines established for the property, with the conditions that all
exterior materials, windows, and doors be approved under a separate
Certificate of Appropriateness.
Please note this approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved
Building Permit and a permit is / is not required. Contact the City of
Grapevine's Building Department at 817- 410 -3165 for fees and information
regarding permits.
