The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness: Renovate and repair existing Tillery House built in 1983 and the 2 -car detached garage built in the 1940s as per attached drawings following the design guidelines established for the property, with the conditions that all exterior materials, windows, and doors be approved under a separate Certificate of Appropriateness. Please note this approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit and a permit is / is not required.
