College Street Grapevine, TX 76051 Re: Mechanical Permit 15-0200 Dear Property Owner or Current Resident: On January 16, 2015, a permit was issued to replace a water heater at the above reference address. The permit was issued to First Call Service Pros. To date the work has still not had a final inspection. Please be advised that the ordinance adopted by the City of Grapevine requires all work requiring a permit to be inspected. Equipment installation or construction work that does not comply with codes and ordinances can cause damage, injury, and death. Our inspectors look closely to ensure that all codes are met and the installation is safe to the best of their knowledge. Until such time as we issue an inspection approval for your work, we cannot confirm that there are no safety violations. We have tried contacting the contractor to schedule a final plumbing inspection at this address. However, to date we have not been able to do so. We have made various attempts as well as revoking his contractor’s registration. We are writing to you in hopes that you will allow the inspector to come out and see if we can get this finaled out. Please contact us at (817) 410-3165 or (817) 410-3158 to arrange a convenient time for us to inspect the work. Our hours are 8:00 – 5:00 Monday through Friday. Do not hesitate to call us if you have any questions. Thank you, Connie Cook Development Services Assistant Development Services Department The City of Grapevine P.O.
