This letter confirms on October 3, 2017 Historic Preservation staff approved
#CA17-105 for the property addressed 216 West Wall Street, legally described as
Block 12, Lot 12E, Starr Addition, Grapevine, Texas. The following was approved
on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. to re -shingle existing roof and new addition with GAF Timberline
Natural Shadow shingles in "Weathered Wood" color; and
2. to replace six aluminum windows on front elevation with Marvin
Integrity Wood-Ultrex Double Hung windows with Stone White exterior
color, six over six lights, 32" x 60"
as per the attached manufacturer's specification sheets with the condition a permit
is obtained from the Building Department.
