This letter confirms on October 3, 2017 Historic Preservation staff approved
#CA17-104 for the property addressed 520 South Main Street, Suite 313, legally
described as Block 4, Lot 2R, Grapevine, City of, Grapevine, Texas. The following
was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
to install a 36" high by 129.6" wide formed .090" brushed aluminum
pan sign with logo routed out and backed with black acrylic to read
"PrimeLending"; and
to be mounted on the front (south) elevation of the building, centered
between the top of building and the top of the two windows per City
requirements;
as per the attached drawing with the condition a permit is obtained from the
Building Department.
