This letter confirms on October 12, 2017 Historic Preservation staff Approved with
conditions #CAI 7-111 for the property addressed 432 South Main Street, legally
described as Block 3, Lot 15-S33' 14, City of Grapevine, Texas. The following was
approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Reinstall the previously approved signs on original locations on the
front wall of building, following reconstruction work on the front wall of
building;
2. Reinstall gooseneck lights at wall signs on front wall of building;
3. Install new wall sign on the south side of the building;
4. Reconstruct projecting awning on front of building to match the
appearance of the original awning;
as per the attached photos and drawings with the condition a permit is obtained
from the Building Department.
