agenda for public hearing at the discretion of the staff. Based on the size of the agenda, your
application may be scheduled to a later date.

BEING a 0.397 acre tract of land situated in the A. F. Leonard Survey, Abstract No. 946, City of Grapevine, Tarrant County, Texas,
said tract being all of that certain tract of land described in deed to Jill Johnson Kiker recorded in Volume 12407, Page 188 of the
Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas, said 0.397 acre tract being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2 -inch iron rod found for the southeast comer of said Kiker tract and the northeast corner of that certain tract of
land described as Tract 1 in deed to Aubrey L. Smith and Rosa Lee Smith recorded in Volume 6695, Page 751 of the Deed Records of
Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE North 89 degrees 56 minutes 36 seconds West, along the north line of said Smith tract, passing a found 1/2 -inch iron rod at a
distance of 188.74 feet, continuing in all a total distance of 190.60 feet to a 1/2 -inch iron rod with yellow cap marked "Arthur
Surveying Company" set for corner in the east right-of-way line of Main Street (a variable width right-of-way);
THENCE North 00 degrees 15 minutes 27 seconds East, along the said east line of Main Street, a distance of 90.23 feet to a 1/2 -inch
iron rod with yellow cap marked "Arthur Surveying Company" set for corner;
THENCE South 89 degrees 56 minutes 36 seconds East, along the said east line of Main Street, passing at a distance of 14.30 feet the
most westerly southwest comer of Silver Lake Addition, an addition to the City of Grapevine, Texas according to the plat thereof
recorded in Cabinet A, Slide 4979 of the Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas, continuing along a south line of Silver Lake Addition
in all a total distance of 192.96 feet to a 1/2 -inch iron rod with yellow cap marked "Arthur Surveying Company" set for corner;
THENCE South 01 degrees 45 minutes 27 seconds West, along a west line of said Silverlake Addition, passing at a distance of 30.13
feet a 1/2 -inch iron rod found for the most southerly southwest corner of said Silver Lake Addition, continuing in all a total distance of
90.27 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
CONTAINING: 0.397 acre of land, more or less and being subject to any and all easements that may affect.
