HISTORY OF TRACT AND SURROUNDING AREA: The subject property, the property to the north, and the property to the west were rezoned from "R-1" Single Family District to "R -MF -1" Multi -Family District in the 1984 Citywide Rezoning. The property to the west was rezoned from "R -MF -1" Multi -Family District to "GU" Governmental Use District by zone change request Z94-07.
