ARCH ITEXAS
The first item of new business was for the Board of Zoning Adjustment to
consider BZA99-14, submitted by ArchiTexas for property located at 308 S. Main
Street, platted as Lots 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15, Block 1, City of Grapevine. The
following request was to Grapevine Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance 82-73:

District shall be of exterior fire-resistant construction having at least seventy (70)
percent of the total exterior walls, excluding doors and windows, constructed of
brick, stone, fiber reinforced cementitious board, or other masonry product.
The applicant requested a variance of 26 percent to the 70 percent masonry
requirement. If approved, it would allow the total exterior walls, excluding doors
and windows, to be constructed of 44 percent masonry product as shown on the
building elevations.
