conditions #CAI 7-112 for the property addressed 414 East Texas Street, legally
described as Lot A, Rawls & Dalton Subdon. The following was approved on
this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Install wood shutters on the east and west elevation second story
windows;
2. Install brick lower section of front porch columns;
3. Install decorative James Hardie siding shingles in the top of the east, north
and west gables;
as per the attached drawings and detail sheets with the condition a permit is
