• Pleased add case number SP1 7-23 to the lower right hand corner
of all sheets.
• Please revise the shading accordingly to insure that all
images can be scanned. The existing equipment on the site
plan, partial site plan, north elevation before and north
elevation after will not scan effectively.
• Please verify that all existing antenna arrays/dish are
depicted on the elevation before/after.
The above comments must be reflected in the revised submittal,
which upon review, can be administratively approved. Please submit
the revised documents to the Department of Development Services at 200
South Main Street.
The revised submittal shall include:
Two (2) unfolded and unbound blackline copies of each sheet, (minimum
size 22" x 34")

This letter is to verify that your Site Plan Review application SP1 7-23 for property located
at 2923 North Grapevine Mills Boulevard and platted as Lot 2 Block 1, Wagon Wheel was
approved per the enclosed site plan on November 6, 2017. Please find enclosed an
approved site plan set for your records.
No site plan approval shall be valid for a period longer than one (1) yearfrom the date such
approval is issued, unless a building permit is issued and construction is actually begun
within that period, and is thereafter diligently pursued to completion or an occupancy permit
is obtained and a use commenced within that period. Approval of an application does not
authorize any work in conflict with any Codes or Ordinances of the City of Grapevine
