This letter confirms on November 3, 2017 the Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CAI 7-122 for the property addressed 713 East Texas Street, legally described
as Block: 105, Lot: 11, College Heights Addition, City of Grapevine, Texas. The following was
approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Construct a 8' high board on board cedar fence with cap and rail to match
existing fence at rear property line;
2. Construct a 36" high wood picket fence painted white at front yard of house
with two wood pedestrian gates 36" high and 36" wide;
3. Construct cedar privacy drive way gate at driveway;
as per the attached plan with the condition a permit is obtained from the Building
Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit and a
permit (��) / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building Department at
817-410-3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
