I . Within the title block please provide the following information:

Address — 1323 W. Northwest Highway
2. The existing State Drainage Easement dimensions found in the
northeast corner of the plat must be reflected on the site plan.
Please contact John Robertson or Cristin Turner of Public Works at
(817) 410-3136 for information regarding the easement.
3. Please contact John Robertson or Cristin Turner of Public Works at
(817) 410-3136 regarding a number of other items which may
impact the site plan.
4. Please correct the screening note from Section 53.H.2.b to Section
50.13 and provide a landscape plan which conforms to Section 53 of
the City of Grapevine Zoning Ordinance.
5. To insure that lighting levels do not exceed permitted levels please
extend the footcandle measurement levels to the property lines.
Footcandle levels may not exceed 3.0 and 0.2 when adjacent to
nonresidential and single family districts respectfully.
6. Please provide the adjacent zoning.
7. Please provide an elevation of the dumpster enclosure, listing the
materials used and the material used for the gate.
8. Please note on the site plan the following: all mechanical and
electrical equipment and including air conditioning units shall be
screened from public view.
9. Please verify the parking count on sheet 1 /10.
10. The screening wall adjacent to the south property line appears to
create a gap between the property line and the proposed fence.
The property owner will be responsible for maintenance an upkeep
of all landscaping within the property boundaries.
11. Please note any changes which are required by Public Works and
which alter the site plan must be reflected on a revised submittal.

The above comments must be reflected in the revised submittal,
which upon review, can be administratively approved. Please submit
the revised documents to the Department of Development Services at 200
South Main Street.
The revised submittal shall include:
four (4) folded blackine copies of each sheet, (minimum size 22" x 34")
