Once use can be established then the required parking can be determined. Required parking must be achieved on site unless a viable alternative to meet the required parking has been approved. 16. A building permit is required to convert the existing structures from the current use to non-residential and no changes my be made without first submitting revised plan to the City, and receiving written approval from the building department. 17.
