Please find enclosed the completed Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit applications as well as the required application fee of $2,100. The modification to our site paving is limited to the parking area west of the most recently constructed Building 700 and is being requested in order to better accommodate the needs of our future tenant in our freight forwarding park. There has been no change to the square footage of any buildings, and all buildings remain the same size as previously approved by the City of Grapevine. The requested modifications allow for 30 screened and secured truck parking spaces to the west of Building 700 where there are currently 90 automobile parking spaces. This change will not impact the required 115 automobile parking spaces for the building.
