This letter confirms on October 14, 2013, Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CA1 3-91 for the property addressed 507 Church Street, legally
described as Block 4 N100'5, Grapevine, City of, Grapevine, Texas. The following
was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
To repair and replace exterior trim, siding and porch as needed; with siding
painted Benjamin Moore "Yellow Squash 2161-50", doors and trim painted
"Evening White OC -81" and porch painted "Baked Terra Cotta 1202" as per
the color charts presented.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building
Permit and a permit is / is required. Contact the City of Grapevine's
Building Department at 817-410-3165 for fees and information regarding
permits.
