This letter confirms that on December 19, 2011, Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions CA11-69 for property addressed at 313 West Wall Street, legally described as
Block 2, Lots A & B, Wall Street Office Parc, Grapevine, Texas. The following was
approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
The approval to repaint the existing office building with SW 6071 Popular Gray and the
trim in SW 6076 Turkish Coffee, per the attached paint chip card with no permit being
required from the Building Department.
Please note this approved Certificate ofAp ro riateness is not an approved
Building Permit and a permit is / is not required. Contact the City of
Grapevine's Building Department at 817- -3165 for fees and information
regarding permits.
