This letter confirms that on August 07, 2012, Historic Preservation staff approved
with conditions CA1 2-41 for property addressed 520 South Main Street, legally
described as Block 4, Lts 2 & 3B, Grapevine, City of Grapevine, Texas. The
following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriatenes:
"lakes EST. 1985" sign for front of building per City Manager/Tenant
Agreement for the revised submission of a 28 inch "J" with 16 inch letters
inside of the "J". The sign will be metal with paint and neon lighting as per
approved drawings with the condition a permit be obtained from the Building
Department.
Please note this approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved
Building Permit and a permit < Ds / is not required. Contact the City of
Grapevine's Building Department at 817-410-3165 for fees and information
regarding permits.
