This letter confirms that on August 31, 2012, Historic Preservation staff approved
with conditions CA1 2-59 for the property addressed 216 West Wall Street, legally
described as Block 12, Lot 12E, Starr Addition, Grapevine, Texas. The following
was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness
To install 6' high Cedar fencing in a 6' and a 10' run on the northwest corner,
remove old fencing along north side of property and replace with 70' long x 8'
high Cedar fencing; metal posts must be boxed -in and capped with matching
wood showing no exposed metal
per the attached drawings and with the condition a permit is obtained from the
Building Department.
approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit
and a permit pis J is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's
Building Department at 817-410-3165 for fees and information regarding
permits.
