This letter confirms that on October 26, 2010, Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions CA1 0-79 for property addressed at 514 West College Street, legally described
as Block 5-7, Lot 5C, City of Grapevine. The following was approved on this Certificate of
Appropriateness:
1. Replace 2 -car carport with a more appropriate structure of similar size and
use
as per approved drawings with the condition that a permit be obtained from the
Building Department and paint color be approved by staff.
Please note this approved Ce e of Appropriateness is not an approved
